I had a very nice stay and would want to stay there again, thanks a lot. It was fairly clean, staff was amiable. The location was magnificent - 400 metres away from a 19th-century summer palace.

Very impressed with king room with my own balcony. Paid gbp 73. Perfect, comfortable location in Fes, so close to cafes/restaurants, the Blue Gate and the entrance to the Medina and a taxi.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

Liked/Best Aspects: The staff at the hotel were absolutely incredible! They were so friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was excellent, spacious, and had a cozy and traditional feel to it. The cleaning staff even took special care to clean a couple of my personal items, which was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked/Worst Aspects: One of the downsides was that the early check-in process didn't go as smoothly as expected.

Very good breakfasts, very friendly and incredibly attentive staff.
Pretty quiet area, central location near Fez/Morocco as well as the Blue Gate in a quiet location. Besides, excellent for visiting a Hispano-Moorish palace. Huge, big size room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Not to mention incredibly beautiful view.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in the beautiful design of the rooms. I loved the unique layout of the room, with the bed on the upper level for added privacy. The private balcony facing the mountains was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, close to everything including the bustling market and the old center of the city.
The breakfast could be improved, with mostly bread being offered. It would have been nice to have more variety, such as eggs or yogurt.
